We love our community and everyone's health is our number one focus at this time. Please review our following procedures we have implemented to continue to serve you safely.
For any sales or services you may need, we highly recommend you schedule an appointment. Walk-ups are welcome, but we may ask you to wait while we finish up with any appointments we may have at the time. Call (715) 498-4122 to schedule an appointment during our business hours. At this time, we are curb-side only. We will gladly assist you outside our front door for all your cycling needs.

Please call us at (715) 498-4122 or email to arrange either a free local pick-up or curbside drop-off of the bicycle(s) you'd like to be serviced. Once we are in possession of the bicycle(s), we will call you within 24-48 hours with a free estimate.
Procedures for Contact-free Pick-up and Delivery:
Call the shop at (715) 498-4122 or fill out this form to arrange a pickup time.
Johnny will arrive and sanitize your bike before loading for transport. (Please, stay in your home)
Our staff will inspect your bicycle and call you with a free estimate.
When your bicycle is finished our staff will call you for payment and set up a delivery time.
Your bike will be sanitized again before delivery.

Please call us at (715) 498-4122 or email if you a looking to purchase a new bicycle. We will schedule a time for you to stop by the shop to discuss your new bike and test ride* a few options.
*All bicycles are thoroughly disinfected after they are test ridden.
Procedures for In-shop Purchases:
Please call ahead to discuss the products or services you need.
Schedule a time to stop by.
Ring the doorbell at the front door and step back outside the entryway. A shop associate will come outside to assist you. Please remain outside and allow 6 feet of space between yourself and our staff.
If you have not prepaid for the items and wish to view the product before purchasing, we will have hand sanitizer available and request you use it before handling merchandise.
To finalize the sale, we will bring your card or cash inside while you wait outside. Receipts are available by request in physical or email form.
Be advised that we will only schedule one customer at a time to accommodate time for sanitizing and reduce the amount of foot traffic at one given time.
We look forward to a time when shaking your hand, slapping a solid high-five, or giving you a much needed hug will be safe and acceptable again. In the meantime, we thank you for your cooperation while we all get through this together.
